Delivery Policy

TECHSIMPS ENTERPRISE LIMITED (“TECHSIMPS”, “we”, “our”, “us”) delivers professional services engagements rather than physical goods. This policy explains how engagements are confirmed, scheduled, delivered, and handed over.
1. Confirmation flow
- When you book an engagement on the website, we email you an order acknowledgement within minutes.
- A delivery manager reviews the brief and contacts you within 1 business day to confirm scope, timeline, and any prerequisites.
- For larger engagements (typically over NGN 2,000,000), we issue a written proposal that supersedes the website listing. Work begins only after written acceptance.
2. Delivery model
Most engagements are delivered remotely using collaboration tools (video calls, shared documents, your code repositories, your ticketing system). Onsite work is available in Lagos and selected Nigerian states; specific arrangements (travel, per diem, security clearance) are agreed in writing as part of the proposal.
- Working hours align with our published business hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–8pm WAT.
- For 24/7 retainers (SOC-as-a-Service, incident response), an after-hours rota and escalation matrix are agreed during onboarding.
- Weekly demos and a shared progress board are standard. You can expect a written status update at least once a week, even when there is nothing dramatic to report.
3. Lead times
- Discovery workshops and short audits: typically scheduled within 5–10 business days of payment.
- Build and migration engagements: kick-off typically within 7–15 business days of signed proposal, depending on team availability and any onboarding obligations on your side.
- Retainers: kick-off within 5 business days of signed agreement.
- Incident response retainers: a 4-hour SLA from the moment you call the on-call number.
4. Handover and acceptance
- Every engagement ships with the documentation a successor engineer would need: architecture overview, runbook, threat model where relevant, and a list of accounts and access required.
- Acceptance criteria are agreed before work begins and used as the gate for sign-off.
- A 30-day warranty period applies to fixed-fee engagements unless explicitly excluded. Defects against the agreed acceptance criteria are remediated at no additional cost during that window.
5. Issues with delivery or access
If you experience any issue accessing the client portal, joining scheduled sessions, or receiving deliverables, please contact us immediately. We will diagnose, communicate an estimated time to resolution, and where appropriate adjust the engagement timeline so you don't pay for time you couldn't use.
