- Account information. Name, email address, phone number, organisation, and role when you sign up or request a consultation.
- Engagement and payment information. Order details, project briefs, billing addresses, and a transaction reference returned by our payment processor (TransactPay). We do not store full card details on our infrastructure.
- Usage information. Pages viewed, features used, and the engagements you save or browse — used to improve the storefront.
- Device and log information. IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, and timestamps.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver the engagements you have booked and provide client support.
- To process payments and remit invoices.
- To communicate about your engagement, including operational updates and security notices.
- To improve and secure our website, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations under Nigerian law.
- To send marketing communications, only where you have consented and may opt out at any time.
3. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process payments, host our infrastructure, send transactional emails, or provide analytics — under written contracts that restrict their use of your data.
- Professional advisers (lawyers, auditors, accountants) where required to operate or defend our business.
- Regulators and law-enforcement bodies where compelled by Nigerian law.
- An acquirer or successor in the event of a merger or acquisition, with the same protections that applied before the transfer.
4. Data security
We protect your data with administrative, technical, and physical controls aligned with ISO 27001. This includes encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, periodic access reviews, and annual penetration testing. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Under the NDPR / Nigeria Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
