Refund Policy

TECHSIMPS ENTERPRISE LIMITED (“TECHSIMPS”, “we”, “our”, “us”) sells professional services engagements rather than physical goods, so our refund policy reflects that. We aim to be fair, predictable, and transparent.
1. Refund eligibility
Eligibility depends on the type of engagement and how far it has progressed when the cancellation request is received:
- Fixed-fee engagements before kick-off. You may cancel for a full refund any time before the kick-off meeting takes place. Please write to us in advance.
- Fixed-fee engagements after kick-off. We refund any unspent fee on a pro-rata basis, calculated against the work completed up to the cancellation date. Work already delivered, plus any third-party costs we have already incurred on your behalf, are not refundable.
- Discovery workshops, audits, and one-off advisory sessions. Cancellable for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Within 48 hours, the fee is non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability.
- Monthly retainers (SOC, helpdesk, CTO-as-a-service, etc.). Cancellable on 30 days' written notice. The current month's fee is non-refundable; any prepaid future months are fully refundable.
2. Non-refundable items
- Third-party software licences, cloud usage, or vendor fees we have already paid on your behalf.
- Travel and accommodation costs already incurred for an onsite engagement.
- Coupon and promotional credits.
- Any portion of an engagement you have already accepted as “done” in writing.
3. How to request a refund
Email samamki22rik@gmail.com from the email address on file with:
- Your engagement reference (e.g.
TS-001) or order number. - The reason for the cancellation.
- The bank account or card you would like the refund to settle to.
We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day and to process eligible refunds within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank's settlement timelines.
4. Currency
Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency (NGN or USD). For NGN refunds, settlement timing is subject to Central Bank of Nigeria settlement windows and may be longer around public holidays.
5. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, please escalate to our delivery lead at samamki22rik@gmail.com. We will respond within 5 business days. Any unresolved dispute is subject to clauses 5 and 9 of our Terms of Service.
